Yesterday I broke the news that I am going to be one of the sponsors at the next Mommy Time Facebook Party. If you have never been to a Mommy Time Facebook Party, you are in for a treat!
Here's the scoop, from Tabitha herself:
In May 2012, Tabitha Philen of Meet Penny decided to dedicate two hours on her blog’s Facebook page chatting with mothers, naming the evening “Mommy Time,” and the Mommy Time Facebook Party was a smashing success. Mothers were able to ask their most pressing questions and get real answers from other mothers and experts representing different companies.
Immediately, mothers asked for more. The only problem was making the Mommy Time Facebook Party available to mothers all across the United States and not just limiting the party to residents along the east coast. So, in August 2012, Tabitha recruited three additional bloggers and each hosted the Mommy Time Facebook Party at 8 PM in their selected time zone.
You can stay one hour or all four hours! Ask questions, get some insight from other moms, have some fun, and get refreshed! The topics for December's party are:
- Family Game Nights ~ Blessed Beyond a Doubt
- Pampering Moms ~ Meet Penny
- Getting Healthy & Fit ~ Sidetracked Sarah
- TBD ~ A Classic Housewife in a Modern World
Another fun part of the party is learning about all of the sponsors and getting a chance to win one of the many giveaways. {Who doesn't love a giveaway?}
DaisyHead Creations will be giving away a fun item to make mom feel pampered!
The winner will get her choice of a custom item. Choose any of my hats or crocheted jewelry, and I will make it especially for you in your choice of size and colors!

To help you out, I have put together a little show of hats to make it easier for you to choose. {Come back tomorrow for a show of crocheted jewelry!}
To enter: On Tuesday there will be a post at Meet Penny about the mother-daughter Belle hats that I sent her. That post will include a Rafflecopter widget for the giveaway. (Edited to add the link to the giveaway!)

Simon Says is a simple ribbed knit hat. It comes in the full range of sizes from Premie through Large Adult.
This hat is a customer favorite! I love to knit this one up as a baby gift because every person I have ever gifted or sold it to has reported to me that it is their favorite baby hat and the only one that actually fit their baby. High praise! Plus, it fits little ones for a long time. And adults love it, too!

Belle is a cloche-style crocheted hat. Like most of my hats, it comes in a large range of sizes~ Newborn through Large Adult. The large 3-tiered flower gives this hat a very femine touch. Just like the perfect Southern Belle.

Pretty as a Package is a crocheted hat that I made for my youngest daughter. It needed to reflect her big as life eys and personality, so I gave it a bit of puffiness on top, a ribbon of popcorn stitches, and an over-sized bow. It comes in sizes Newborn through Large Adult.
This pattern was published in Petite Purls in Spring 2012. The photos of the girl in yellow are courteousy of Brandy Fortune, editor of Pette Purls.

TopKnot is a sweet little knit hat with an i-cord on top that is knotted. Some folks call this type of hat an umbilical hat. TopKnot comes in sizes Premie through Child, although if an adult really wants one I can make in that size. {grin}
I hope you all have enjoyed this little tour through DaisyHead Creations hats! If you would like a hat of your own or for a gift, send me a note. I would love to help you out!
